Aquest enfocament sovint comporta un alt malbaratament de material, llargs temps de producci\u00f3 i una optimitzaci\u00f3 limitada de l&#8217;estructura interna del gra. <\/p>\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 de dents d&#8217;engranatges directament durant el forjat en calent tamb\u00e9 presenta diversos reptes t\u00e8cnics, com ara:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ompliment incomplet de la matriu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formaci\u00f3 de plecs al perfil de la dent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forces de conformaci\u00f3 elevades i pics de parell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distorsi\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica durant el processament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Per als components d&#8217;engranatges d&#8217;alt rendiment, la precisi\u00f3 dimensional per si sola no \u00e9s suficient. La integritat del material i l&#8217;estabilitat del proc\u00e9s s\u00f3n igualment cr\u00edtiques. <\/p>\n\n<p>Els fabricants necessitaven una soluci\u00f3 capa\u00e7 de forjar la geometria de la dent gaireb\u00e9 com es defineix a la seva forma final, mantenint alhora un control total sobre el flux de material, la temperatura i les forces de conformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<h2 desenvolupar un proc\u00e9s de forja rotativa en calent dedicat per fabricar corones dentades mitjan\u00e7ant una deformaci\u00f3 progressiva controlada.<\/p>\n\n<p>En lloc de mecanitzar dents a partir d&#8217;una pe\u00e7a en brut forjada, el proc\u00e9s de forja rotativa forma la geometria de la dent directament mitjan\u00e7ant una combinaci\u00f3 de moviment de rotaci\u00f3 i compressi\u00f3 axial.<\/p>\n\n<p>Durant el proc\u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una preforma anular predissenyada es col\u00b7loca entre els matrius<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cap\u00e7al inferior gira el component<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;eina superior funciona amb un angle d&#8217;inclinaci\u00f3 controlat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El material flueix radialment a les cavitats din\u00e0micament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Es van utilitzar simulacions termomec\u00e0niques 3D avan\u00e7ades d&#8217;elements finits (FEM) per validar el proc\u00e9s, garantint l&#8217;ompliment complet de la matriu, el flux de material controlat i uns nivells acceptables de for\u00e7a i parell.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es va desenvolupar un sistema d&#8217;utillatges dedicat amb mecanismes d&#8217;expulsi\u00f3 integrats per preservar la geometria de les dents durant l&#8217;extracci\u00f3 de la pe\u00e7a i garantir l&#8217;estabilitat dimensional.<\/p>\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es va
