Para conseguir la resistencia necesaria, los fabricantes a menudo tienen que aumentar el grosor del material, lo que da lugar a componentes m\u00e1s pesados y dise\u00f1os menos eficientes. 0);color:#fe5000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La soluci\u00f3n DENN<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DENN implement\u00f3 un proceso de forja rotativa controlada mediante m\u00e1quinas de radiofrecuencia para producir preformas de llanta de aluminio forjadas con una estructura interna optimizada.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de verter aluminio fundido en un molde, la forja rotativa deforma pl\u00e1sticamente un tocho de aluminio macizo mediante una combinaci\u00f3n controlada de movimiento de rotaci\u00f3n y compresi\u00f3n axial.<\/p>\n\n<p
