{"id":10701,"date":"2026-03-18T11:53:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T10:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dennglobal.com\/projects\/tuyaux-de-descente-en-aluminium\/"},"modified":"2026-06-11T12:42:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T10:42:10","slug":"tuyaux-de-descente-en-aluminium","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/dennglobal.com\/fr\/projects\/tuyaux-de-descente-en-aluminium\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuyaux de descente en aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filage sans copeaux et rognage en cours de fabrication pour l&rsquo;automatisation robotique<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repoussage contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avec coupe int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et extraction de copeaux en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Environnement propre permettant une int\u00e9gration robotique stable et une production enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:40px;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fe5000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un fabricant de composants en aluminium souhaitait automatiser enti\u00e8rement sa ligne de production, en int\u00e9grant un robot pour manipuler les pi\u00e8ces imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le processus de filage.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les composants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits sur une machine de filage des m\u00e9taux \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique DENN NTR-100\/30, utilis\u00e9e pour la fabrication de tuyaux de descente en aluminium.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, le processus n\u00e9cessitait de couper la pi\u00e8ce pendant l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de filage, ce qui constituait un obstacle majeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9barbage simultan\u00e9 a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des copeaux et des fragments d&rsquo;aluminium qui se sont dispers\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la machine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette accumulation a entra\u00een\u00e9 plusieurs probl\u00e8mes critiques :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blocage de l&rsquo;outil de coupe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copeaux adh\u00e9rant \u00e0 la molette de repoussage, affectant la stabilit\u00e9 du processus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environnement de travail sale et instable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incapacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re fiable la manipulation robotique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que le processus de filage lui-m\u00eame se soit d\u00e9roul\u00e9 correctement, la pr\u00e9sence de copeaux a rendu impossible l&rsquo;automatisation compl\u00e8te de la ligne de production.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9fi consistait donc \u00e0 maintenir le rognage pendant le filage tout en garantissant un environnement de production propre et contr\u00f4l\u00e9, compatible avec un fonctionnement robotis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:40px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#fe5000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">La solution DENN<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DENN a abord\u00e9 la situation comme un d\u00e9fi complet d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, plut\u00f4t que comme une simple limitation m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs \u00e9taient clairs :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permettre le coupage pendant l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de repoussage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4lez et enlever les copeaux en temps r\u00e9el<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenir un environnement propre et stable pour un fonctionnement s\u00fbr du robot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour y parvenir, il a fallu repenser l&rsquo;interaction entre la structure de la machine, le syst\u00e8me de coupe et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;automatisation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois actions cl\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, le banc de la machine a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement modifi\u00e9 pour accueillir le nouveau syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9barbage et d&rsquo;extraction sans interf\u00e9rer avec le processus de filage ou la zone d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au robot.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;aspiration industriel tr\u00e8s performant a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 et focalis\u00e9 directement sur la zone d&rsquo;\u00e9barbage.
