SHOCK ABSORBERS
The metal forming process by rotation, commonly known as spinning, is also used to manufacture automotive shock absorbers. In this particular case, this is performed by a special machine configuration that allows both the initial tube clamping and the heat induction so that the corresponding steel fusion that occurs to seal the shock absorber, either for cars or trucks.

A state-of-the-art DENN process has been developed for the manufacturing of clutch housings. DENN has the know-how and machinery for the production of clutch hubs and housings by a flow forming technique. With these value-enhancing and cost-effective processes, DENN offers our clients competitive hi-tech products. Internal teeth shapes are perfectly reached after the incremental metal forming process being used. DENN machines can also be fitted with an automatic handling system according to customer requirements.

PRESSURE CONTAINERS
A process of metal forming by rotation (or spinning) is used for the manufacture of pressure vessels and containers. The special configuration of this sort of machine allows both the starting tube fixation and the “heating” work by means of an external induction unit so that the corresponding fusion of the steel occurs to ensure the container sealing. The pressure vessels are used for oxygen bottles (immersion bottles), CNG (compressed natural gas), hydraulic accumulators, etc.
