From 20 to 24 July, DENN exhibited at Farnborough International Airshow 2026, held in Farnborough, United Kingdom. The event brought together the international aerospace, defence and space community, with particular emphasis on advanced technologies, supply chains, sustainability and the future of manufacturing.
The aerospace industry relies on an extensive network of manufacturers capable of transforming materials and preforms into components that meet defined technical and production requirements. In this context, the selection and stability of the manufacturing process are just as important as the design of the component itself.
From component requirements to the manufacturing process
At our stand, we showcased DENN’s capabilities in rotary metal forming technologies, particularly metal spinning and flow forming. These processes make it possible to manufacture components through the controlled deformation of the material, with particular emphasis on dimensional control, repeatability and the efficient use of raw materials.
DENN’s work goes beyond the design and supply of machinery. Each project begins with an analysis of the component, including its geometry, material and tolerances, as well as the production objectives. Based on this information, our team identifies the most suitable process and develops a solution tailored to each project.
